GBOS Wins Final Verdict in Intellectual Property Case (This is final judgment)     To Our Esteemed Partners and Community,   Good news! After more than two years of legal battles (from December 2021 to February 2024), GBOS has finally won the lawsuit against Dongguan E**A CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “E**A Company”)   On March 1, 2024, we got the final word from China’s top court, saying that GBOS did nothing wrong in the case E**A brought against us over a patent issue. Here’s what the court decided:   E**A’s claims were dismissed, and they will pay for the court costs. Autism not only brings serious survival barriers to this group itself, but also from the moment their children are diagnosed, as parents, they are steadfastly trying every means to stay ahead of their children.
