About GBOS

Founded in Dongguan, China in 2005, GBOS Laser Inc. operates a production area of around 80,000 square meters and delivers smart equipment solutions to customers worldwide. Our products fall into two main categories: mid-to-high-end laser and oscillating-knife solutions, and automated equipment integrated with our own software and control systems. To date, GBOS has launched more than 150 intelligent machines and products, spanning laser marking, cutting and punching, laser engraving, and denim laser processing, as well as oscillating-knife cutting, intelligent auto line-marking, PUR dispensing, and robotic-arm applications. Our core technologies are protected by 200+ patents and software copyrights, and we hold ISO 9001:2005 certification along with SGS and TÜV CE certificates across many product series. With more than 20 sales and service centers across China and branches and agents in over 90 countries, we support upward of 30,000 users worldwide. In 2017, we launched IoT Bridge to help customers achieve intelligent, digital transformation and strengthen their competitive edge. Guided by our mission—"Innovating for Tomorrow. Launched the R7 Series Seam Sealing Machine and the next-generation AI intelligent algorithm.

Released the 5th Generation 3D Five-Axis Laser Cutting Machine, the new V7 series, and the IP Series Industrial Inkjet Line-Marking Machine with Automatic Feeding System.

Launched the Tone-on-Tone Embroidered Label Solution, XXP3.2-180NE model, and AI Vision 5.0.

The H1 and H2 high ply cutting equipment, ITS5-3012 Leather Intelligent Nesting System is launched, and a new brand philosophy, 'Cutting Edge For Tomorrow,' is unveiled in September, solidifying global vision and mission, marking a new milestone.

2022

The VC9-960, digital cutting solution for sample room development has been launched, catering to various material cutting needs and adaptable to different 'honeycomb scenarios,' in line with the trends of 'small-batch, diversified, and fast-delivery orders.' Opening of the East China Customer Service Center; GBOS wholly-owned brand, Jiangxi VCHI, expands and relocates; the establishment of the office in Jelambar, Indonesia; and the opening of the office in Hai Phong, North Vietnam.
In addition, we have introduced X-LABEL, a laser system specially designed for embroidery patches, woven labels, and more. With these solutions, we are proud to help our customers stay ahead of market trends and meet the ever-changing demands of the industry.

Honored among the 'Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Dongguan for the Year 2021,' we proudly present the KC1625 modular equipment, born in response to the times. The combination of the '1+N solution' perfectly exemplifies the versatile applications of digital cutting across various scenarios.

We consistently focus on our customers' needs, and adhere to a development strategy of "heavy investment, fine processing" to cultivate our enterprise advantages. In 2019, we established our subsidiary company, Vchi Automation INC., and launched our irregular leather nesting system to improve leather utilization.

2018

GBOS took up the vision "To be the benchmark of the equipment industry." And vigorously developed smart products.
With dual products line of laser + oscillating knife digital cutting, combined with IoT platform, it creates a one-stop intelligent cutting solution, which caused great response and praise in the industry. What's more, In 2018, the V10SCCD provides a solution to the difficult problem of same color mesh cutting. And realize one machine for four uses, perfectly interpreting VisionScan to extract contours quickly, projection positioning more accurately, and infinite length nesting to save materials.

2017

GBOS was officially listed on the stock exchange with a stock code of 870145.
We launched the VC9 intelligent oscillating knife cutting system to great acclaim.
Our GBOS IoT Bridge was successfully implemented in our customers' shoe factory, enabling true digital management capabilities.
Additionally, we introduced a cutting-edge 5-axis laser cutting machine to our laser system lineup, offering enhanced precision and versatility.

2016

Our V8 series laser cutting machine offers a 35% speed increase and up to 10% material savings, delivering significant cost reduction and efficiency improvements for manufacturers. We have also launched a formally-approved research and development project for our oscillating digital knife cutter, further advancing our commitment to providing comprehensive digital cutting solutions.

2015

GBOS is committed to sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing practices. In 2015, we launched the second generation of Asia's first Green Pioneer 3D Environmental jeans/denim finishing system, which has received significant media attention.

2014

With the launch of the XXP3S leather laser marking machine, processing methods for roll-to-roll large area leather and shoe accessories have become significantly easier and more efficient. This cutting-edge technology offers enhanced performance and unparalleled ease of use.

2013

China's first LONG series laser cutting machine for embroidery, offering unparalleled precision and performance in the industry.

2012

The XXP5 series laser denim finishing system was launched as the first of its kind, utilizing advanced laser technology to replace traditional chemical methods in the jeans washing process. This revolutionary system significantly reduces water consumption and empowers energy-saving and emission reduction efforts.

2011

GBOS became the first Chinese cooperative partner (for small-power laser applications) of German company ROFIN.
In the same year, we launched the D series multi-material laser cutting machine with a ROFIN metal tube, offering unmatched precision and versatility in laser cutting.

2010

"Intelligence" is GBOS's primary development goal, and our commitment to innovation has led to the successful launch of the "XXP3-180" laser marking machine. This machine is perfectly suited to meet the high-precision processing needs of the leather industry on a large scale.

2009

Launched the automatic GB Series four-axis laser marking machine.

2008

GBOS pioneered the CCD VisionScan technology, which has been updated to the fifth generation (CCD 5.0) and is widely used in various industries, including footwear, garments, and garment accessories.
This technology provides a reliable solution for edge identification and cutting problems in these industries.

2007

This year, GBOS expanded production line, launched D series multi-material laser cutting machine, GB series non-metal laser marking machine, and YLP series light high-precision high-speed optic fiber laser marking machine.

2006

GBOS introduced the first laser marking machine for metal industry and keyboard applications.

2005

GBOS was founded with the launch of its first GN high-precision laser cutting machine.
GBOS was the first to launch China's GH series laser cutting machine for the embroidery industry.
