As the Spring Festival approaches, we carry gratitude in our hearts, bringing warmth to every family in need. On January 25, 2024, on the eve of the Small Year, the GBOS Charity Foundation extended our deep blessings and care to the elderly in the Tongsha Community.

We prepared a generous supply of New Year goods for the elderly, hoping that these gifts would bring them a touch of warmth. We engaged in friendly conversations with them, inquired about their living conditions, and listened to their stories. Their smiles, the sense of contentment, and happiness they radiated were the greatest rewards for us.

However, we are also acutely aware that with the rapid development of society, the elderly may find themselves lagging behind. They may face challenges such as the absence of their children, poor health with no one to care for them, or feelings of helplessness due to unfamiliarity with internet operations.

In our youth, our parents dedicated half of their lives to us, and in their old age, it is our responsibility to give back to them both materially and spiritually. This duty extends beyond being filial children; it is a responsibility that our conscientious business and society as a whole should undertake.

During this Small Year Warmth Delivery event, we witnessed the smiles of the elderly in our community and saw the hope in their lives. This has brought immense satisfaction to each of our volunteers and reinforced our determination to continue caring for the elderly.

Moreover, the funds used to purchase gifts for this initiative are entirely sourced from the “GBOS Charity Foundation,” which, in turn, is funded by users from all around the world. From the inception of the GBOS Charity Foundation, we have adhered to the principle that “for every device purchased by users, we donate an amount ranging from 50 to 1000 yuan to our foundation,” to be used for all subsequent charitable actions. This is not only a way for us to show gratitude to our users but also a commitment to society.

Here, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the users who have supported the GBOS Charity Foundation. It is your acts of kindness that have allowed this warmth to be passed on. Simultaneously, we express our gratitude to all the volunteers whose diligent efforts made this event a success.

In closing, let us collectively wish all the elderly good health and a joyful New Year! Together, let us eagerly anticipate a New Year filled with love and warmth!

The two-day workshop brought together industry leaders to discuss one increasingly important question: How can manufacturers improve efficiency, quality, and responsiveness in an increasingly competitive manufacturing environment? For GBOS, the event was more than an industry gathering. It was an opportunity to listen, observe, and gain a deeper understanding of how lean manufacturing is evolving across Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asian market. 01 From “Lean Thinking” to Real-World Manufacturing Over the two days, factory representatives shared practical experiences from their lean manufacturing journeys, while invited suppliers presented new technologies and solutions designed to improve production efficiency. Participants also visited model factories to see how lean principles are being applied on the shop floor. What stood out was the focus on real manufacturing challenges. The discussions were not limited to theories or concepts. Instead, they centered on the issues manufacturers deal with every day—cost control, production lead times, labor efficiency, quality consistency, and the ability to respond quickly to changing orders. For GBOS,...
