Automatic Dual-Head intelligent glue spraying machine
This equipment is specifically designed for shoe sole gluing and coating treatment processes. It innovatively adopts a dual 3DCCD line-laser vision system, which enables rapid and precise scanning. Leveraging advanced AI algorithms, the system automatically generates optimal glue-application paths—laying a solid foundation for subsequent precision operations.

During gluing, the machine is equipped with two 6-axis robots operating in perfect coordination and high accuracy. They perform synchronized gluing on shoe soles while the soles are in motion—eliminating traditional manual gluing entirely and achieving full automation of the shoe sole gluing process. This significantly enhances both production efficiency and product quality consistency.
