GBOS New Manufacturing Workshop Officially Launched, Accelerating Capacity Expansion Toward Lean Intelligent Manufacturing 4.0

Recently, the GBOS Global Operations & R&D Intelligent Manufacturing Center has entered its final interior finishing stage. As part of the phased commissioning plan, the first-floor area of the new manufacturing workshop has officially been opened, marking the start of equipment relocation and production for selected laser cutting lines and automated production systems.

This relocation and production launch marks a significant acceleration in GBOS’s overall capacity deployment, laying a solid foundation for full-scale mass production in 2026.

Positioned around the core principles of digitalization, intelligence, standardization, and scalability, this project is dedicated to building a domestically leading intelligent manufacturing equipment R&D and operations base, with a strong focus on delivering high-end intelligent manufacturing equipment solutions for the global flexible materials industry.

According to the overall plan, once the GBOS Global Operations & R&D Intelligent Manufacturing Center is fully commissioned and operational, GBOS will achieve an annual delivery capacity of several thousand sets of intelligent equipment. The product portfolio will serve a wide range of key industries, including footwear and wearable manufacturing, textile and apparel, 3C electronics, automotive interior and exterior components, and upholstered furniture.

This development will not only significantly enhance GBOS’s core competitiveness, but also inject strong momentum into the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, supporting the sector’s transition toward the era of Lean Intelligent Manufacturing 4.0.
