PART 1. Digital Intelligence Leads the Way: Embarking on a Global Journey of Innovation

As a pioneer in the digitalization and intelligent transformation of the footwear industry, GBOS made a stunning appearance at the Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center with the theme “AI Digital Cutting Center,” showcasing a full suite of solutions.

At the exhibition, GBOS captivated attendees with an immersive, interactive experience showcasing AI-driven intelligent cutting technology. The booth drew a constant stream of visitors, with signing tables bustling with activity and cooperation agreements being sealed one after another. On just the first day of the event, GBOS successfully secured procurement deals with partners from multiple countries, becoming the undeniable center of attention at the show.

“GBOS’s AI cutting technology not only significantly boosts production efficiency but also solves the problem of material waste through precise algorithms. This is a key step toward modern intelligent manufacturing.”—Comment from a friend from Vietnam

“GBOS’s ‘Negative Pressure Waste Suction’ technology keeps the cutting area over 90% clean—a leading standard globally. We look forward to working with GBOS to expand into the Southeast Asian market.”—Comment from a friend from Cambodia

GBOS remains committed to its mission of “driving digital transformation.” Its intelligent cutting solutions and process innovations provide global footwear enterprises with a comprehensive digital and intelligent transformation path—from design to production.

Among the customers who signed agreements on site, 80% expressed their intention to adopt GBOS’s fully integrated “AI Digital Cutting Center” as a core production unit, accelerating their transition toward a new era of “green, low-carbon, and highly efficient collaboration.”

PART 2. Process Innovation: Reshaping Industry Value Through Technology

On the evening of April 20, 2025, at 18:00, GBOS held the “Performance Unleashed · Value Evolution” themed product launch event at the “Triumph Hall” of the Baolong Hotel in Jinjiang. The event invited global VIP clients, industry experts, and media representatives to witness the global debut of two flagship new products.

The Gantry-Type Dual-Head Asynchronous Intelligent Oscillating Knife Cutting Machine VC9-1665T. This new product, built on the production platform of GBOS’s “flagship model VC9-1670T/N,” redefines the industry benchmark with its “high configuration, high performance, and low price.”

This model features a cutting area of 1600×650mm and achieves a 10% reduction in footprint through structural optimization. It is equipped with the latest suction system and “negative pressure waste suction” technology, resulting in a 20% energy saving and maintaining a cutting area cleanliness of over 90%. Additionally, it pioneers the “10ml automatic oil storage device,” simplifying the maintenance process.

The power system is jointly calibrated with top-tier brands, achieving a synchronization error as low as 15ns and synchronization jitter of ±20ns, resulting in an overall efficiency improvement of 15-18%. With a design lifespan of up to 20 years, this showcases GBOS’s deep expertise in precision manufacturing and process innovation.

The H3-T High-Level Foam Cutting Machine is a comprehensive upgrade of the previous model, designed to meet the precise multi-layer cutting needs of foam and composite materials.

The machine uses “hair bricks” instead of traditional felt, paired with a high suction bed device, ensuring smoother automatic feeding of high-level foam materials. It can achieve a cutting height of up to 5-6 cm (depending on the material) and a production capacity of up to 10,000 pieces per hour.

The launch of this model has opened a new path for the rapid application of foam materials, helping to enhance both the efficiency and quality of material processing in the footwear industry.

PART 3. Global Partners Discuss the Future: Defining a New Ecosystem Through Collaboration

At the launch event, GBOS CEO Mr. Liu Wen and General Manager Mr. Liu Yang gathered with global users to share Jinjiang’s local cuisine and cutting-edge technologies.

The representative from the Bangladesh partnership took the stage to reflect on years of collaboration with GBOS, emphasizing the company’s comprehensive support in both cutting-edge products and localized services. They also expressed their commitment to continuing to work together to help more companies achieve the transformation to modern intelligent manufacturing.

This sharing not only showcased GBOS’s global partnership network but also highlighted its service philosophy of “customer-centric, technology-driven” as the core link in fostering collaboration.

PART 4. Empowering a New Journey for the Footwear Industry: Driving the Future of the Industry Through Innovation

In the future, GBOS will continue to focus on “innovation breakthroughs” as the core driving force and “customer needs” as the value orientation, providing footwear enterprises with comprehensive digital solutions covering design, production, and management across the entire value chain.

Through deep collaboration with industry peers, GBOS will help accelerate the global footwear industry’s transition to a new stage of digitalization and intelligence, jointly writing a new chapter in the development of the footwear industry.
