Return To List

The hot and humid conditions of summer pose the ultimate test for equipment durability—demanding not only industrial-grade resistance to environmental interference, but also a well-planned and scientific maintenance approach.

As a brand with 20 years of expertise in intelligent manufacturing, GBOS has developed a summer maintenance guide tailored to the unique characteristics of its equipment. This goes beyond basic upkeep—it’s a proactive strategy to safeguard consistent performance.

Water Tank Maintenance

Water Tank Maintenance

① Clean Cooling Components – Radiator Fins / Filter Screen:

During summer, clean the external radiator fins and the dust filter screens at the air inlet/outlet of the chiller weekly or more frequently to prevent dust buildup from reducing cooling efficiency. Use compressed air or a soft brush for cleaning.

Laser Radiator Fins: For air-cooled lasers or modules, radiator fins must also be cleaned regularly.

② Check Cooling Water Level:

Check the water level in the chiller tank every day before powering on. Ensure the water level remains between the “Low” and “High” marks (red-yellow indicators on the level gauge).

Water Quality: Regularly inspect water quality. Replace distilled/deionized water every month. If the water is cloudy, contains
impurities, or has an odor, replace it immediately.

Water Circulation: When powering on, check that the water flow is unobstructed and that there are no abnormal sounds.

Clean Waterway Filter: Regularly clean the filter element in the water tank or laser water circuit.

③ Avoid Direct Sunlight

Keep the water tank and hoses out of direct sunlight to avoid overheating.

Electrical Control Box Maintenance

① Cleaning and Dust Removal:

Power off the machine completely before removing internal dust, grease, etc., and cleaning the cooling fan.

Tools: Compressed air, soft brush

Notes: Power must be fully disconnected. Do not use wet cloths to clean internal components.

② Cooling and Ventilation Check

Inspect fan operation and airflow direction.

Electrical Control Box Maintenance

Routine maintenance means “fixing problems after they occur,” while GBOS after-sales service is about “preventing problems before they happen.”
Backed by a global service network and in-depth knowledge of our equipment, we provide end-to-end support—from maintenance guidance to emergency response.

after-sales service

Because we know that what customers need is not just a “manual,” but the certainty that the equipment will always perform well.

From considering resistance to high temperature and humidity at the product design stage, to tailoring maintenance plans based on equipment characteristics, and finally to providing dedicated after-sales support—this is the true fulfillment of our 20-year durability commitment.

This summer, GBOS not only provides you with a maintenance guide, but also delivers dual assurance through both products and services—because stability lasts beyond the season, and performance can go even further!

  • As the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the USA, Canada, and Mexico draws closer, football fever is sweeping across the globe. More than just a sporting event, the World Cup has become a worldwide celebration that unites fans across cultures, generations, and borders. On the pitch, players fight passionately for glory. Off the pitch, fans gather in homes, fan zones, and local fields to share the excitement together. Football is no longer simply a game—it is a symbol of passion, identity, and connection. Among all the elements that define football culture, the team jersey stands out as one of the most iconic. It represents loyalty, pride, and the spirit of competition. For both players and supporters, a jersey is far more than sportswear—it is a badge of belief. 01 Rising Demand Brings New Challenges to Jersey Manufacturing With the arrival of the World Cup, demand for football jerseys is rapidly increasing. From classic stripes and retro plaids to vibrant digital prints and customized club designs, today’s consumers expect jerseys that combine striking aesthetics with premium quality. In jersey manufacturing, pattern alignment and print accuracy have become critical indicators of craftsmanship. Whether it is the continuity of shoulder stripes, the symmetry...

  • As consumer expectations for detail and craftsmanship continue to rise across apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories, labels and trims have evolved far beyond simple brand identifiers. Exquisitely woven labels, multi-layered tags, and intricately printed ribbons now serve as tangible expressions of a brand’s identity, quality, and design sophistication. Driven by this shift, market demand for labels and trims is becoming increasingly diversified, customized, and quality-oriented. Order volumes continue to grow, creating significant opportunities for processors. Yet many manufacturers are still caught in a difficult dilemma: increasing production capacity often comes at the expense of quality, while maintaining precision can limit throughput. As the industry advances, legacy production methods and equipment limitations are becoming major obstacles to growth. 01 Industry Challenges: The Bottlenecks Behind Quality and Efficiency Today’s label and trim manufacturers face several persistent challenges that directly impact profitability, scalability, and competitiveness. Poor Adaptability to Complex Processing Requirements Conventional cutting equipment often struggles to handle increasingly sophisticated trim designs. Frayed woven-label edges, damage to printed graphics, and deformation of irregular contours are common issues that compromise product appearance and lead to costly rework. These defects ultimately affect delivery schedules, product consistency, and brand reputation. Same-Color Material Positioning Remains a Technical...
