In the vibrant March of spring, as the earth adorns itself in lush green, GBOS, with deep aspirations for the growth of its family members in the new year, meticulously planned a unique team training event. This initiative aims to inspire every member to break through their limits and achieve new heights in the year ahead.

01 Spring Gathering: Embarking on Special Training

Partners temporarily set aside their busy office work and eagerly set off for the Maocun Dragon Boat Culture Base. In this training camp, job titles are set aside—everyone is a newcomer, encouraged to embrace a beginner’s mindset and fully immerse themselves in this challenging learning journey. Through action, they embody the spirit of “Heritage · Responsibility · Growth Together,” fueling the team with renewed energy.

02 Multi-Dimensional Challenges: Forging a Stronger Team

During the training event, engaging challenge games and demanding team tasks unfolded in an orderly manner.

First, each team kicked off with a showcase session. Comprising members from different departments and roles, from frontline staff to management, the teams displayed high spirits as their rallying cries echoed one after another. Some slogans were filled with ambition, embodying a fearless fighting spirit, while others emphasized the power of teamwork and the determination to move forward together. This showcase made everyone realize that, despite their different roles, each person is indispensable on the path to achieving shared goals.

In the “Crazy Market” session, teams quickly got into the zone, brainstorming strategies and working together actively. In the simulated market, members had clear roles and collaborated seamlessly. Through intense competition with other teams, their teamwork and cohesion were significantly strengthened.

Next came the “Winning Through Execution” session, where members deeply experienced that execution is the critical link between strategy and results. Each participant had to clearly define their role within the task and take responsibility for the outcome. Some executed with precision, while others took a broader perspective, engaging in systematic thinking to coordinate team actions. Through continuous collaboration, they transitioned from passive executors to proactive leaders, embracing accountability and ownership.

The “Babel Tower of Communication” project simulated real-world communication scenarios between different functional departments within a company. Each team was divided into three working groups, facing significant challenges due to information asymmetry. However, no one backed down. They actively experimented with various communication methods, breaking down barriers through continuous collaboration. As a result, their communication skills improved, and the team’s synergy and creativity were fully unleashed.

The “Hundred-Person War Drum” project brought the event to its climax. 176 hands firmly grasped the ropes, each person fully focused, precisely controlling the tension. Holding their breath, eyes locked on the drum and ball, they synchronized their movements to the rhythmic commands, working in perfect harmony to keep the drum steady.

It was as if 176 heartbeats were guided by a shared force, resonating in a powerful rhythm. Together, they achieved an outstanding 365 consecutive bounces—a number symbolizing every day and night of the year. More than just a remarkable feat, it carried heartfelt wishes for a fulfilling and prosperous 2025, hoping for a year of success, harmony, and smooth progress.

03 Heritage · Responsibility · Growth Together

Although the training event has come to a close, its impact lingers, echoing like a lingering melody. This event was a vivid practice of GBOS’s commitment to the principles of Heritage · Responsibility · Growth Together.

During the event, experienced employees freely passed on their accumulated knowledge and wisdom to the new team members, embodying the transmission of both spirit and culture. This blend of seasoned and new talent allows GBOS’s culture to continually enrich and evolve, infusing it with fresh vitality through the process of inheritance.

The word “Responsibility” was fully embodied in every project. Everyone understood that only when each individual shoulders their own responsibilities can the team move forward steadily, and the company can stand out in the fierce market competition.

Through a series of team activities, everyone deeply realized that personal growth is closely tied to the development of the team. Only when the team thrives can individuals have a broader space for growth.

Now back in their respective roles, every member of GBOS carries forward the valuable lessons learned from the training event. Upholding the principles of “Heritage · Responsibility · Growth Together,” they march ahead with even greater enthusiasm, stronger conviction, and closer collaboration, striving boldly toward higher goals.
